Fenny is a unique and interesting example of a historic ex-working boat. Originally measuring 71'6", she was shortened to 57ft by British Waterways in the 1960s and is now a practical "go anywhere" length. Fenny is a Town class motor built in 1937 by Harland and Wolff for the Grand Union Canal Carrying Company. She features a traditional back cabin and engine room, along with an extended cabin that includes a bathroom, living space, and a wonderfully cosy under-deck bedroom. The hold is a versatile space which has been decked over with removable wooden panels. It is ideal for bikes or outdoor storage, or for a roving trader who needs plenty of covered storage space. Contact us today to arrange a viewing at Glascote Basin, Tamworth.
